Returns
• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Certain items (such as custom products, sale items, or gift cards) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable .
Exchanges
• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at dfrntmndst@yahoo.com
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at dfrntmndst@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at dfrntmndst@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship your item back to us. (Unless the product is defective/incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.)
